Perish!!
This is actually something that has appeared in the series pretty frequently. The kanji used is 滅 (metsu), which you might remember from some of Ryuuji and Mamiru’s older battles. The most relevant meanings of the character are “destroy” and “perish”.

Are you doing a full translation of the novel? I can’t imagine you having time to do so. Thanks for the preview anyway. This is the Hagoromo Gitsune story, right?
I definitely plan to translate at least the first (Hagoromo Gitsune) and third (Kubi and Kino) stories, since the second doesn’t interest me as much. It’s slow going in general - a combination of time restraints...

;_; I feel so bad for the narrator of the 3rd novel’s first story, who doesn’t even have a name. She gets all excited because someone pretty smiles at her in the subway, and her mom’s an alcoholic who’s got a new boyfriend practically every week. Oh, and her father was an asshole who left them some time after she was born and hasn’t been seen since.
